[CAAQ3.1] Blue Lace Agate

Hillá blinked. "Um..."

The little boy with black curly hair blinked back with stars in his eyes. "A gem!"

"Huh?" Before she had time to ask what was going on, the boy grabbed her hand, which she noted had somehow turned pale blue, and dragged her from the crystal platform and through the tiny wooden shack.

"Garnet! Amethyst! Pearl!"

Jun, she thought, When I get back there, you'd better be prepared to explain this!

Clothing: A halter neck top with ribbons at the back, the Crystal Gem star emblazoned on the front (in a similar fashion to Garnet's), and a frilly skort.

Artist's Notes

I don't think I've ever been so pumped for a group task XD I've had something like this in mind for some time, and I'll probably still do it with some of my CS characters at some point. There are some pretty awesome gems out there :3 I've also decided to keep this design as a separate entity, so time to add Blue Lace Agate to my ever expanding list of Gemsonas and other characters XD

I decided to go for a Lapis Lazuli like concept with the gem on her back and no weapon other than an element. To me, the back gem, where wings would come out (and Blue Lace probably has some?) is representative of freedom. A chest, forehead, or throat gem also would have done well for Lacey, but I stuck with my initial idea. It's possible this could change in the future, but for now, I'm happy with this design.
