Likes:
- Horses: Freya loves their beauty and can often be found out riding her own horse in her spare time. She likes them a lot more than people.
- Reading: Again, it is something she can do alone. She will read just about anything if she finds it interesting.
- History: She is very curious about the past and History is her best subject at school. She loves to learn about cultures that have died out.
- Silence: Freya finds it easier to think when it is quiet. If she doesn’t want complete silence, she may listen to some quiet, relaxing music.
- Isolated places: Just because they are normally quiet. Freya likes to find a spot in the school yard to sit alone and read. She is often found shut in her room after school as well, away from her brother and sister.
- Spring: She sees this as a time of life, a happy time. After a dreary winter, Freya welcomes the beauty of spring.
- Fortune telling: Another one of her hobbies. She enjoys playing with tarot cards, runes and reading palms. She only does it for fun, but she has been scarily right one or two times.
- Mythology: Perhaps her favourite part of history, the mythology of ancient cultures. She especially enjoys Greek and Norse mythology.

Dislikes:
- Death: Freya may be the senshi of death, but that doesn’t stop her hating it. She watched it take away her grandfather (who she was quite close to), she has feared it ever since.
- Crowded areas: Due to her claustrophobia, she hates having to walk through crowds. She often gets the feeling that she can’t breathe properly and becomes annoyed if she can’t walk as fast as she normally does.
- Noise: She finds it hard to concentrate if there is too much noise. She is also prone to headaches in noisy places.
- Winter: Where she lives winter is cold and usually wet. She rarely gets to go out to get away from her brother and sister. She sees winter as a time of death and sadness.
- Cemeteries: Sort of connected to her fear of death, but Freya also believes that she can see the spirits of the dead who are buried there. She often thinks that they’re just people visiting the graves, but those thoughts change when they disappear after she blinks.
- Hospitals: Sort of for the same reasons as her dislike of cemeteries, but she also hates the smell of hospitals.
- Small, enclosed spaces: Freya is claustrophobic and panics whenever she is trapped in small, dark spaces. This is probably due to being locked in a wardrobe by her brother when they were young children.
- Her Teeth: They aren’t horribly horrible looking teeth, but her front teeth are fairly prominent. She finds them hard to talk around and, when her face is at rest, her mouth doesn’t shut around them, she has to force her mouth to close.

Strong Points: She is very good at strategising, which makes her an effective team captain in sport (not that she is confident enough to lead a team). She is also very organised, she never lets herself get behind on schoolwork. Freya is extremely polite and has been known to be able to talk her way out of many difficult situations.

Has Trouble With: She is extremely shy, meaning that she is less likely to go out and just talk to people. She finds it hard to stand up for herself, she just lets people walk all over her (this is also the reason why the corrupted Sailor Core was able to take over so easily). Freya has been known to be extremely pessimistic; she always imagines the worst outcomes (especially with exams).

Dream: Freya hasn’t really made up her mind about what she wants to do in the future; she knows that she wants to work with horses, though. She is thinking about maybe becoming a world champion in dressage or horse jumping, or starting up her own riding school.

About Her Name: I knew that her name was going to be a little confusing. I chose it because the theme of this group is the layers of the Earth. See, there's Sailor Atmos (air and lightning), Sailor Hydros (water and ice), Sailor Lithos (earth and fire), Sailor/Knight Bios (life and healing), and Sailor Core (death and souls) - the Atmosphere, Hydrosphere, Lithosphere, Biosphere and the Core. Death and souls are her powers because when you think about the underworld or hell, you tend to think of a place under the surface of the Earth, hence her powers, and I think of the core of a person as their heart or soul. I hope that helps explain it.

About the Art
This round was pretty difficult for me. I find drawing appealing poses like this uncomfortable. It was also hard to find a pose that I thought would suit her, even this would be a little OOC for her (even if she does get a confidence boost as Sailor Core). I tried to draw in a more realistic style for this round.

I noticed that, in a lot of old pin-up images, there wasn't much of a background in them, so I did a simple wash with a shadow to ground the chair a bit. The pleated skirt wouldn't work either. I personally tried on a few different skirts and tried out the pose. After they didn't work, I found that second picture where there was a tight skirt that did work, I just had to use the stockings too.

I am happy about how this turned out. At one point, I was so annoyed with it that I just wanted to give up or start over again. I persevered, though, and finished it. I think it's pretty good for the first sitting pose I've ever done.

I think I need to work a litte on foreshortening.
